L. Keith Sorensen is an emeritus member of the American Institute of Architects having been in successful professional practice for over 50 years. With a fundamental belief that the preservation of open space and outdoor recreational opportunities are essential for quality of life, he has served in a variety of community building activities including the founding City Council for the City of Taylorsville. He currently serves his community where and when needed with historic preservation being a prime objective. He shares as much time as possible with his five children and twelve grandchildren. He and his wife currently live in Taylorsville.
