In 2019 Lehi established the Environmental Sustainability position. This full-time position was offered to Todd, the City’s Public Works Director. Having a passion for the environment, he accepted the position.

Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. He currently serves with the Utah County Clean Air Task Force, Utah County Sustainability Committee, Utah Lake Commission and the Jordan River Commission and Technical Advisory Committee.

Originally from Montana Todd gained his passion for rivers having grown up on the banks of the Missouri river. Todd enjoys spending time with his active family, taking his dog, Cleo, on adventures and participating in environmentally sustainable projects.
